All in all 2007 was a farily unremarkbale year weather wise. Not especially warm, cold or windy however it was fairly dry with a very dry April, September and October. Overall the year had significantly fewer wet days than in 2006 and 2005. There were also far fewer air frosts than in previous years, only 8 compared with 24 and 23 in 2006 and 2005 respectively. This no doubt helped keep the average temperature for the year will above previous years.
Unfortunately the weather station broke down in mid November which resulted in the loss of some data in November and all of December's data. This may have a slight effect on some of the annual figures.
